L's Past: Memories and Photos

The blood is really crappy. I tried, I really did, but I just gave up and got this in the end. I would love it if somebody helped me out on the blood. My background is crap too, and I tried but it ended up like my blood...

Just a little picture for my Death Note doujinshi. Nothing big. I just wanted to get this out of the way so I can go work on my other stuff. I promised myself to get off my ass and to get something about my doujin and/or webcomics out.

I tried thinking up a better title too, but it wouldn't fit in the title bar and/or didn't really pertain much to L. I don't know...I just stuck the "L's past" part in there to clarify stuff, I guess.

Yes, that is indeed L as a child.
He's with his parents at some amusement park I guess, and he's got a lollipop. He doesn't have heavy bags yet, though...

The blood is there for a reason. Partly symbolic, partly because I don't want to reveal their faces yet.

Trying to categorize things in the Deviantart category system is really hard... :/
